Inter-Livery Regatta

The City Livery Yacht Club is delighted to advise that bookings are now open to enter to the 55th Inter-Livery Regatta taking place in Cowes from Friday 17 to Saturday 18 May 2024. This year this club will be welcoming The Lord Mayor of the City of London, Prof. Michael Mainelli, who will present the coveted Lord Mayor's Cup.

The Inter-Livery Regatta challenges friends from Livery Companies across the City to enter a crew to compete in two races on the Solent. There are nine trophies for crews that include a CLYC member plus the Visitors' Vase for which members of the City Sailing Series and other guests compete.

Commodore, Gp Capt Peter Bingham, said:
"The Inter-Livery Regatta is a true highlight in the annual calendar for the City Livery Yacht Club and our fellow Livery Companies. For our 55th year we are honoured that the Lord Mayor, Prof. Michael Mainelli, will attend and present the Lord Mayor's Cup in person. This is a popular event, full of camaraderie, so we urge those wishing to take part to gather their crews and submit entries early. We look forward to welcoming you to Cowes."
