City Secrets Walking Tour & Supper
Join fellow members and friends of the Worshipful Company of Insurers for a fascinating evening exploring the hidden stories of the City of London.
We will be guided by Jack from Living London History, an Open City–trained guide whose walking tours uncover the quirky details, hidden gems and forgotten corners that even seasoned Londoners often miss. His engaging storytelling brings the City’s history vividly to life as we explore medieval alleyways, historic backstreets and the remarkable layers of history beneath our feet.
The Tour
The walk will begin at St Paul’s Cathedral and take us through some of the City’s most intriguing hidden locations, revealing little-known stories from London’s past.
Our journey will conclude at Leadenhall Market, one of the City’s most beautiful historic locations — a spectacular Victorian covered market dating back to the medieval trading centre of London.
Supper Afterwards
Following the tour we will gather nearby at Boom Bap Burger to enjoy:
- A burger, fries and a drink
A great opportunity to continue the conversation and enjoy some relaxed fellowship.
